has-foregound-alt-color\">We follow the instructions from the New Testament for elders to be appointed for each congregation (Acts 14:23).&nbsp; <\/mark><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-foregound-alt-color\">These men are selected based on the qualifications in II Timothy 3:1
