“But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant.”
Matthew 23:11
This verse seems so confusing. To be great, you have to be a servant. Isn’t that the opposite of what we think? Jesus made it clear that serving is the way to greatness. We need people as a congregation to be great and serve! There are so many areas in which you can be involved. You do not have to serve up front. Don’t get me wrong. We need men to serve up front, but we also need men and women to be greeters, drive the bus, do sound & PowerPoint, and so many other things. So come get involved, find an area to serve in, and be great!
