It’s time to update the photos for our Online Directory!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
We would like to get photos of all of our Members & Regular Attenders,
but the photos are open to everyone.
WHERE & WHEN WILL THE PHOTOS BE MADE?
Beginning Sunday Evening, March 5, photos will be made at the following times in Classroom CR-1.
- Sunday Mornings (8:00-9:00 & 11:00-12:00)
- Sunday Evenings (4:00-5:00 & 6:00-7:00)
- Wednesday Evening (6:00-6:30)
Your family may sign up for a specific time in the hallway.
HOW WILL THIS WORK?
- We would like to make a photo of Each Family and an individual photo of Each Family Member.
- We estimate that a family should take about 10 minutes.
- Immediately after all the photo(s) are taken, you will be able to choose the image(s) that you want to be used.
- We would also like to review & update the data in our system for each family & member during this process.
HOW SHOULD MY FAMILY DRESS?
Your family is welcome to dress however they please.
The color of the backdrop will be Dark Blue.
Dress Tips & Suggestions are on the table in the hallway.
CAN I GET A COPY OF MY PHOTO(S)?
If you would like a Digital copy of your photo(s), these will be provided free of charge. You may have these printed, use them on Social Media, and share them with your family.
CAN I GET ACCESS TO THE ONLINE DIRECTORY?
Access to the Online Directory is available NOW to any of our Members & Regular Attenders.
You must provide an Email address to get access.
If you would like to have access, contact the church office.
CAN I GET A PRINTED COPY OF THE DIRECTORY?
After all the photos are made and loaded in the system, we will be able to print a simple, paper Directory for those who do not have access to the Online Directory.
We may also have a formal Directory printed using the photos that are taken. This will be determined at a later time.
HOW CAN I HELP?
We will need some Volunteers who can meet with families after the photos are made to make selections, log the selections, and review the personal family data.
