The IMPACT Corner focus this week is on everyone who works in various areas for our young children.  As with everything else over the past year we have done things much differently in teaching our children.  We have had online videos, a drive-thru VBS, and mailouts of materials.

Brian and Melissa Bishop oversee the Kidspiration program, which is now meeting again every Sunday morning between worship and bible study.

It is a mixture of skits, singing, and lessons.  Each quarter has a theme centered on biblical lessons with many fun and exciting characters.

Roger and Deborah Sauls coordinate our annual Valentine’s party, Easter Egg Hunt, and Trunk-or-Treat for all ages through 6th grade.  These are good outreach opportunities to bring friends or family.

Sandy Hime and Amy Jo Green are leading our Kidspiration Club, which normally meets on Wednesday nights.  It involves lessons, memory verses, and other activities.  We hope to start meeting in-person on Wednesday nights again soon and to be fully operational by the start of the next school year in August.

There are many other people involved in these works.

We love all of our young children and have missed doing some of our normal activities in 2020.  Plans are underway to resume our regular in-person VBS in July.

Continue to pray for these programs and take some time to thank and encourage everyone involved in these areas.
